We build the boring part of shared money
Moduwi started from a simple observation: people who are close to each other constantly share money, and have no decent shared tool for it. Transfers scattered across chats, screenshots, “I’ll pay you back”, forgotten agreements.
What we believe
Money is almost never about money. Behind every shared payment there is an event: a birthday, a graduation, a trip, help for a parent. So the moment comes first and the money quietly follows.
What we don’t do
We are not a superapp, not a bank with bank-speak, not a crypto exchange and not a control tool. Transparency here is about agreement, not surveillance. We never promise returns on digital assets.
Where we are going
Every culture already has its own habit of chipping in together. We open market by market so that each circle gets real support: local payment rails, local language, local moments.
The team
Moduwi is an independent project at an early stage. It is built on the KereX payment platform together with licensed partners, and led by its founder.
Kirill has spent many years in banking and fintech, and saw the same gap from the inside again and again: people who are close share money all the time — families living in different countries, parents of one class, friends with shared plans, adult children helping their parents with new ways to pay — while every financial tool treats them as strangers. Moduwi is his answer: shared money built around moments, roles and trust, on top of regulated infrastructure and licensed partners.
